Will I receive a written document?
Yes. Each service includes written output appropriate to its agreed scope. This may be an initial planning summary, programme outline, technical checklist, resource plan, consolidated event plan or written review.
Can I request help with only one part of my event?
Yes. You can enquire about a specific area, such as programme planning, technical considerations or staffing and resources. We will review your requirements and confirm whether the selected service is suitable.
Can I request a complete event plan?
Yes. The Complete Event Planning service brings together the main planning areas, including programme structure, preparation timetable, staffing considerations and technical and practical resources, within the agreed scope.
